called animal control to report abuse of a poodle. apparently calling animal control isn't what it used to be. not quite friendly and not very quick to bother answering your call. hopefully it's because they're so busy but that may not be the case.
to top it all off we can't report anything until we have the persons actuall home address. now isn't that a bunch of bullshit. used to be you could call, tell them to come over and point over the freakin fence!!!
