(use the accent...it's better that way. lol) why when they tell you that it's better to bundle your home phone, internet and dish network, yet they can't explain anything about your bill. dish network is fantastic and they explain everything. if you have elvin when you call dish network he's so cool. the att rep bobby-joe was a complete bitch and was very rude.
