battered turkey shelter

i'm starting up a battered turkey shelter, well more of a rotisserie turkey shelter. i've never tried them in batter. if imigration will permit i'll take in all those delicious succulent beasts. save the gobblers of this world conflict from the thanks giving and christmas tables.
